Chandra Proffitt

I’m Chandra Proffitt, a Colorado ranch-raised native, Co-Owner and CFO for Proffitt’s Resurrection Land Cruisers, and a proud real estate agent with eXp Realty. Growing up surrounded by land and wide-open spaces gave me a genuine appreciation for what it means to put down roots, and I love helping others do the same—whether it’s a first home in town or a ranch to build a legacy. When I’m not working with clients in real estate or Land Cruisers, I’m spending time with my husband and our four kids on our ranch, hunting in the mountains, surfing on Blue Mesa, or diving in Mexico. I’m incredibly grateful for being able to enjoy the lifestyle we love. My goal is to make real estate approachable and fulfilling, guiding clients to the place where heart, home, and heritage meet.

I specialize in land, ranches, acreage, and legacy properties across Gunnison, Crested Butte, and surrounding communities. Whether you’re searching for a working ranch, buildable mountain land, recreational acreage, or a high-country legacy property, I provide honest, educational, no-pressure guidance rooted in real local experience and a true win-win approach.
